She gives lectures and seminars locally and internationally on topics in Prediabetes, age management, and preventative health.

Delma is trailblazing registered dietitian who reinvented herself after a life-changing breast cancer diagnosis in 2007. Inspired to explore food as medicine, she returned to school in her early 40s, graduating magna cum laude from Life University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Following her didactic internship at Life University in 2014, Delma earned her Functional Nutrition credentials from the Integrative & Functional Nutrition Academy in 2019. Now entering her 11th year in the functional medicine space, she is passionate about applying & expanding her knowledge in holistic health, with a mission to transform how people view and use food as a tool for healing and vitality.
